Yes, what you do does matter. Your life matters! You add value to those around you.
No matter what anyone has said about you, His view of you matters most.
You’re amazing.
Keep laying it all at Jesus feet, one. piece. of. laundry. at a time.

He sees you, knows all of you and still loves you.
When you place your faith in Him He fills you with His hope! Keep trusting.
This world is not our home.
We’re passing through.

You cannot earn His love. Stop striving for perfection. Strive for holiness by giving up your life each day.
It’s worth it. Oh so worth it.

So be the light of Jesus. Step fully into the calling He has given you and live free.

Can I ask you something? Do you feel an ache for heaven? Like deeep down in your soul there’s a longing for an eternal home?

No matter what you face? What dreams you have, home you build… there’s this God sized hole inside of you that you know will never be filled until you are face to face with your Creator in a home build JUST for you.

Do you feel that ache?

Maybe you feel it but you aren’t quite sure what that ache means.

This world is not our home. God CREATED you to worship Him and one day we will worship Him for all eternity! I cannot wait!!!

We are all born with sin… I tell me kids “sin is anything we think, say or do that displeases God.” Let that sink in. Yeah even what we think. (Wait till you read the end. God can change that 💗💗🙌🏻🙌🏻)

We all need a Savior. You AND I need a Savior or else we will spend eternity in hell, filled with pain separated from God!

You feel that ache for a reason.

Yes, that ache that no matter how many “good” things you do each day you don’t feel satisfied!

So I ask you tonight, or rather urge you…

please don’t fill that ache with anything else you can find… but Jesus.

Stop looking for godlike things to fill a God sized hole. It will never satisfy you.

Stop letting lies in. You know what sin is. You know what makes you feel like junk inside after you do it. That’s called conviction. Stop indulging in this sexual culture. Stop listening to podcasts and music that fills your mind with trash. Stop watching shows where people glorify sin. Yeah it matters. What goes in your mind eventually comes out. Yep, there’s actually scientific studies to back this up too!

Every night you will lye awake wondering why you feel so empty or feel so alone.

When you’re living in sin you will always feel empty. Live in obedience and live full of love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control! All the fruit of the spirit.

God fills all those voids. 😭🙌🏻 He is the only thing that makes sense in a world that’s so filled with chaos.

But to have this “fruit” in your life you have to have Jesus!

We all worship something, so worship the Creator of the world. The one who Created you and loves you more than anyone in this world ever will.

I get it. The doubts and wondering. BUT watch!!! Wait and see! I have SEEN the works of God! I have seen addicts, thieves, adulterers, and alcoholics turn their entire lives around after choosing Christ to be the center of their lives!

I have seen the other side too, losing so many close to my family and I from suicide and addiction… living lives without hope. It’s devastating.

We need the HOPE of eternity.

Take a moment to think of a life without it. Then think of your life with eternity. Don’t you want to live forever with no pain, no tears, a perfect body?!! Streets of gold? It’s going to be amazing!

I urge you to give your life to Jesus and watch MIRACULOUS things happen…

He changed me from the inside out. Made me brand new. Gave me a new name. I’m telling you, night and day from who I was.

We are not promised tomorrow. Do you know where you’re going when you die? If you’re at all hesitant, please message me.

Maybe you made a decision to serve God but you’ve fallen away and you want to choose to live for Him again.

Stop waiting. Stop thinking you’re not “good enough.” Or no one will ever want you “the way you are.” THAT DOESN’T MATTER!

You are loved and you do matter.

God made you on purpose. He loves you so much that He said you’re worth dying for!

“And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose,”

It’s no doubt, God is rewriting our story.
I see hope and beauty from what the enemy has stolen. It is true- what the devil meant for bad God meant for GOOD!
He continues to send people to speak truth and life into our family. I cannot thank Him enough.

This weekend some good friends took us on their boat and it was a much needed time of pouring into each other… sharing what God is doing in our lives. 💗💗💗
Plus, it is always great to spend a day outside isn’t it?
Despite the little hour storm that past through leading us to a camper full of two sweet Mama’s and their teenage boys, 😂 Summersville lake was so beautiful!

This picture was taken just before the storm. Then shortly after the storm we went for a swim… it was perfect. 🥰 God gave us shelter and people to love us in the middle of the storm.

Reminds you of this life doesn’t it?

At one point after the storm passed, my friend and I looked at each other and we were amazed that our kids weren’t phased by the change in plans. After the storm, we all sat together talking about music and how good the Lord is before going back out on the lake.

I only hope I can be fearless and courageous like my kids are as we walk through this life by faith each day.
Truth is, we will never get to the point of *not needing Gods guidance.

I can relate this day to being a Christian in more ways than one but today I feel so many are facing “storms.”
I’ve come to learn when we give our lives to Christ it doesn’t mean we “won’t face trials,” or everything will go “just as we planned.”
Often times God leads us to places we never would have imagined for ourselves because He knows us better and wants the best for us! Yeah, you’ll get the nay sayers, the religious and those that doubt His plan but keep seeking His face. Hold fast to His truth!

Trusting in Christ means we have Hope during each trial we face, knowing God is with us the whole way and these trials produce
“endurance, character, and character, hope.” (Romans‬ ‭5:4‬) = Hope of eternity!

I thank God for the many times we’ve been tested because He is making us stronger.
I pray you look for the beauty He is trying to show you right in the middle of the storm. Shew, it isn’t easy…. this life can be down right heartbreaking! 💔💔💔
But when we read all about the hope God has for us on the other side of this in His Word…. We find He has an amazing plan for ALL of us!! When we look to people or anything else other than Jesus, we fall into the darkness of this world but what we *truly need is to

take heart.

He has overcome and we know Who wins this battle! 💗💗💗

Life is too short to let the hurt make you a bitter person. The enemy wants nothing more than division.
He will continually bring up your past in an attempt to make you confused.
He will try to get you to exchange the truth for a lie.
He will attempt to isolate you when accountability is what we all truly need.

Even when you’ve forgiven. Even when you know HE is a just God, fighting for you.
The enemy will stop at nothing to keep you from your calling… attempting to enslave you by the pain and rejection.

BUT please listen, my friend! God is NOT the author of chaos and lies.
He is the Author of PEACE!
JESUS CAME TO GIVE US FREEDOM!
Not religious actions but true LIFE in Christ- FREEDOM!

I believe SO many are living offended and closed off from the world because we have forgotten where TRUTH and FREEDOM come from. We have forgotten how to surrender the hurt, pain and rejection.
We have forgotten just how BIG our God is!!!

I believe forgiveness is *only by the power of God. Forgiveness rejects our sinful nature, opens the gates of heaven and let’s Gods power take control of the situation…. Leading us to a life of joy and peace.

So I beg you my friend, Don’t live a bitter life.

FORGIVE even if they never say they’re sorry.
FORGIVE even if you can’t forget and the pain is still very real.
FORGIVE!!
Ask GOD to help you…. Ask God for freedom!

Your life is worth living for the calling He has given you. Your unique, amazing, God given gifts are needed for His kingdom work.
Don’t let the enemy win by keeping you from Gods purpose for you.

You do matter. You are loved.
He can help you live in freedom.

He is the image of the invisible God. This attribute of Jesus has got me thinking so much these past few days.

If we are to be like Jesus then we are to be image bearers. The image of the invisible God.
In a chaotic world, we may just be the only Jesus they see.

I have felt darkness and I have seen the true light of Jesus.
When He brought me out of living in sin and from calling myself worthless, impure, not wanted… “well everyone already thinks I’ve done that so what does it matter now?” Was a toxic thought I allowed myself to believe as a 17 year old. My purity I held dear until I just didn’t feel like I was worth it anymore.

I’m 32 now… just like when I turned 18 and the Lord called me out of those toxic thoughts and sinful lifestyle.
He is still pursuing me.
But if I’m not careful I can’t hear Him in the middle of my day to day.. if I’m not careful I get too busy. Can you relate?

So I’m gonna seek.
I’m gonna lean in.
I’m gonna read His Word before I work on my house.
I’m going to ask Him to help me die to my flesh so His voice is the louder than the world.
I’m going to keep teaching my kids His Word and definitely showing them grace with all my mistakes.
And I’m going to ask Him to help me submit to my husband even when I feel my way is right sometimes. We are a team.

Depth, substance, awe and wonder are missing from our lives in this broken generation.

We MUST, at all cost, pursue Jesus. Pursue holiness. Pursue righteousness and pursue a life that bears HIS IMAGE!
